You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent: your profile, applications, passes, the ratings you gave and the photos you uploaded are removed. Records other people rely on — a venue's attendance history, ratings someone received — are kept in anonymised form, and legal or accounting records are kept only as long as the law requires.
Fastest — inside the app (two taps)
- Open Profile → Profile Details.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Venues: Brand → More → Settings → Delete account, or from the web at business.leton.ai.
Without the app
Write to us from the address on your account. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
